Booking Fee Policy

Booking Fee:

As part of our reservation process, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 is applicable to every appointment made on our website. This fee is standard for all bookings and helps us secure your appointment slot while covering administrative costs.

Payment and Confirmation

Upon booking your appointment on drfaithobafemi.com, the $50 booking fee will be charged to your selected payment method. This fee is separate from any service fees related to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our service providers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so at any time.
  • To receive a refund of your $50 booking fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • In case you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up for your appointment, the $50 booking fee will not be refunded.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund as per our policy, please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be processed. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
